Anne Schneider

Anne is a member of the North Carolina Association of REALTORS^® and Land of Sky Association of REALTORS^®. Actively serving the WNC region since 2005 assisting buyers and sellers in commercial, residential, land tracts, and working farms. With her knowledge and experience as a real estate professional, her clients receive the utmost attention and dedication to help negotiate the buying and selling process.

Anne is a native of North Carolina. She spent her early years in Chapel Hill, followed by college in Greensboro. Having visited family in Asheville throughout her life, she found her home in Marshall in 2005. Anne currently resides in Madison county with her husband and two children, where she is actively involved with the community. Anne currently serves on the Marshall Town Board of Adjustment. She enjoys hiking, art, and spending time on the water with her family and friends.
